Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college/university; 5–7 years of related experience.
• Proven experience leading a team; able to perform complex analyses and communicate clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient in presenting findings to senior management.
• Experience in an international professional services environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A team and mentor Financial Analyst(s).
• Support senior management with in-depth analyses for strategic decisions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to the Ryan Board of Directors and senior management.
• Analyze monthly financials and variances; develop budgeting and forecast models.
• Develop monthly/quarterly reports and provide ROI analysis for initiatives.
