Job summary

Apex Service Partners is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Manager to join the Atlantic South Region in Manassas, VA. This on-site role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and partnering with operations to drive performance.

You will provide monthly/quarterly reporting for senior leadership and PE stakeholders, support due diligence and integration planning for M&A, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
• Strong financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Excellent communication and partnership with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Analyze performance and identify trends for improvement.
• Partner with regional leadership to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Support M&A activity, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership and PE stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.
