Job summary

Financeroles in Reston, VA is seeking an accomplished FP&A leader to translate corporate strategy into robust financial plans and performance metrics. You will partner with the CFO and executive team to drive growth, profitability, and capital allocation decisions.

The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, with hands-on modeling, KPI development, and enterprise-wide reporting. Strong GAAP knowledge and Board-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Advise CFO/CEO and leadership on financial strategy and performance.
• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop driver-based forecasting models for revenue, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and capex.
• Create enterprise KPI dashboards and management reporting processes.
• Support M&A, divestitures, and capital allocation analyses.
• Drive FP&A process improvement and system modernization.
