3E is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A to partner with the Commercial organization, connect Sales pipeline data with financial forecasts, and strengthen forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business.

You will own the bookings and ACV forecast bridge, analyze retention and recurring revenue, model sales compensation and quota economics, and collaborate with Sales Operations to drive growth and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of progressive commercial and financial experience in a high-growth or subscription-based business.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise planning tools such as NetSuite or NSPB.
• Experience with CRM/Commercial tools such as Salesforce.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and operate through ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner translating performance into forward-looking insights and recommendations.
• Build models linking KPIs to ACV and revenue forecasts to aid growth investments and efficiency.
• Lead financial analysis for high-visibility initiatives using scenario and cost-benefit modeling.
• Own the bookings/ACV forecast bridge and provide visibility from bookings to revenue.
• Develop unit economics and model sales compensation and quota economics with stakeholders.
