3E is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A to partner with the Commercial organization, translating performance data into forward-looking insights and forecasts. You will connect Sales pipeline data with the financial forecast and drive visibility into bookings, ACV, retention, and revenue.

This role combines hands-on analysis with cross-functional influence, focusing on forecasting accuracy, strategic planning, and scalable reporting for a growing global team.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of progressive commercial and financial experience in high-growth or subscription-based business.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial and commercial performance into forward-looking insights and recommendations.
• Build models linking KPIs to ACV, bookings, and revenue forecasts.
• Lead high-visibility analyses using scenario and cost–benefit modeling.
• Own the bookings/ACV forecast bridge and reconcile Salesforce with finance forecasts.
• Develop unit economics and model sales compensation and quota economics.
• Lead monthly close, reforecasting, and annual budgeting with cross-functional teams.
