Job summary

JETSET Pilates Franchising is seeking an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and Board reporting for our fast-growing fitness franchise. You will partner with leaders across departments to translate financial data into actionable insight and support strategic priorities.

This hybrid role focuses on controllership, analytics, and continuous improvement, with on-site HQ in Miami three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA is a plus.
• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• At least 2 years in a manager or lead role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with BI tools and SQL.
• Experience with FP&A planning software (Adaptive Planning/Planful) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process end to end with calendars, templates, submissions, and consolidation.
• Own monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts with input from department leaders.
• Build financial models anchored in key business drivers (revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow).
• Develop multi-year plans and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Monitor performance against budget/forecast and flag risks/opportunities.
• Partner with leaders on headcount and operating expense planning.
• Own management reporting package (P&L, budget vs actual, variances); prepare Board materials.
• Deliver concise executive commentary and ensure consistency across reports.
