Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• Typically 6–10+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience presenting to executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly financial reporting and analysis process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare monthly management reporting, including budget/forecast comparisons and KPIs.
• Maintain the rolling forecast in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Own balance sheet forecasting with working capital drivers.
• Own 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity visibility.
• Forecast and analyze monthly spend with cost center owners.
• Lead capital expenditure review and forecasting, tracking variances.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning with model development.
• Develop clear financial commentary for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting to validate monthly actuals and ensure consistency.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, IT, and others to align financial assumptions.
• Maintain controls and documentation for FP&A deliverables.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects requested by FP&A leadership.
