Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 6-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with large data sets.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP, EPM, BI, or financial reporting systems.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly financial reporting and analysis process.
• Update and own the monthly rolling forecast with stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Develop financial commentary explaining performance drivers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, IT, Accounting.
