Kid­deFenwal is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Operations in Ashland, MA. The role partners with the VP of Operations to deliver financial planning, analysis, and decision support across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, engineering, quality, logistics, and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and reporting skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of manufacturing costs, gross margin, inventory, and working capital.
• Ability to access data across multiple systems.
• Strong business judgment and ability to influence leadership.
• Excellent communication of financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Willingness to challenge assumptions and drive accountability.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance advisor to the Vice President of Operations.
• Provide financial guidance across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, engineering, quality, and logistics.
• Translate operational decisions into impacts on revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow.
• Lead the annual operating plan, forecasts, and long-range planning processes for Operations.
• Develop driver-based forecasts using volume, labor, material, overhead, productivity, capacity, sourcing, and inventory assumptions.
• Develop recurring reporting for manufacturing performance, productivity, labor, overhead, materials, inventory, and capital expenditures.
• Present clear, fact-based recommendations to Operations and executive leadership.
• Track approved business cases against actual results and identify lessons learned.
