Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan and forecasting for Operations.
• Develop driver-based forecasts using volume, labor, material, and capacity.
• Provide actionable insights to improve gross margin and cash flow.
• Partner with Operations and IT to standardize reporting.
• Present results to VP Operations and CFO.
