KiddeFenwal, based in Ashland, MA, seeks a Senior Finance Business Partner – Operations to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support for manufacturing, supply chain, and capital projects. This role reports to the VP of Operations and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

The position emphasizes operating plans, forecast accuracy, and actionable reporting to enable strategic decisions that improve margins and cash flow across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor-level finance or accounting degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual operating plan and forecasting for Operations.
• Develop driver-based forecasts using volume, labor, material, and capacity.
• Provide actionable insights to improve gross margin and cash flow.
• Partner with Operations and IT to standardize reporting.
• Present results to VP Operations and CFO.
