Job summary

KiddeFenwal in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Sales to act as the primary finance advisor to the Vice President of Sales and Sales leadership, delivering planning, analysis, and decision support to improve commercial performance.

You will lead sales forecasting, annual and long-range planning, pricing analysis, customer profitability, and reporting, partnering across Finance, Sales, HR, IT, and Operations to drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, or Data Analytics.
• 5–8 years in commercial finance or FP&A supporting Sales.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales planning, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop driver-based forecasts from bookings, pricing, demand, and sales capacity.
• Provide financial guidance on pricing, discounts, customer negotiations, and incentives.
• Prepare recurring reports on bookings, revenue, backlog, margin, and cash flow.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with operations and strategy.
