Job summary

KiddeFenwal is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner – Sales to serve as the primary finance partner to the Vice President of Sales and the Sales organization in Ashland, MA. You will lead forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Understanding of revenue, pricing, gross margin, and forecasting.
• Experience with sales finance and FP&A is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales finance partnership with VP of Sales and Sales leadership.
• Provide financial guidance on pricing, discounting, and incentives.
• Develop driver-based forecasts and long-range planning.
• Analyze performance against budget and forecast.
• Support sales compensation planning and incentive analysis.
• Standardize reporting across regions and product lines.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to align forecasts.
