Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to provide financial planning and analysis support across SG&A, corporate allocations and consolidated reporting. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, results reporting, and ad hoc analysis by consolidating cross-functional financial information and translating insights into actionable recommendations for profitability.

Key duties include preparing monthly reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for Finance and Executive leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning inputs for SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting.
• Coordinate with FP&A and cross-functional partners to gather inputs and prepare forecast submissions.
• Provide financial analysis and business insights to support decision-making and profitability.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting with variance and trend analyses.
