Precision Medicine Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to provide financial planning and analysis support for PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, results reporting, and ad hoc analyses, delivering clear insights to Executive Leadership.

The position requires strong Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and BI skills, with a minimum 8+ years of FP&A experience and a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business field.
• 8+ years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Support development of forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans for PAQ SG&A, Corporate Allocations, and Consolidated Reporting.
• Partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams to validate inputs and prepare submissions.
• Coordinate with shared services to support close, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making on operating plans and cost management.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting with variance and trend analyses.
