Job summary

Cosmo International Fragrances in Fort Lauderdale seeks a U.S. Fragrance Business Planning & Analytics Manager with 5-10 years of FP&A or related analytics experience.

You will partner with the General Manager and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions, build financial models, forecast, and optimize profitability. Advanced Excel, Power BI and SAP experience are preferred, with a background in fragrance, cosmetics, or related manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in FP&A, commercial finance, or related analytics.
• Experience supporting executive leadership through financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, profitability, budgeting and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; SAP ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze sales performance and profitability by customer/territory/product.
• Develop forward-looking financial models and scenario analyses.
• Own dashboards and executive reporting in Power BI.
