Job summary

Sunrise Medical (US) LLC is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with the North American leadership team. The role focuses on month-end close, management reporting, and strategic pricing analysis in a manufacturing setting.

You will build complex financial models, deliver precise insights to non-financial partners, and drive the annual plan and long-range forecast with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 7–10 years of FP&A experience with manufacturing or PE-backed environments is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close, variance explanation, and journal entries coordination with Accounting.
• Prepare monthly management reporting package with drivers and dashboards for execs.
• Support commercial finance through pricing analysis and profitability reviews.
• Develop margin governance tools and BI visuals to track revenue and profitability.
• Drive annual plan, long-range forecast, and Playbook initiative tracking.
