Job summary

Sunrise Medical, a world leader in mobility products, seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with the North American leadership team. The role focuses on monthly reporting, margin analytics, and long-range planning within a PE-backed manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will build advanced financial models and convey insights to non-financial partners, thriving under ambiguity and tight deadlines while collaborating across Product Management, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA designation preferred.
• 7–10 years FP&A experience in manufacturing and commercial finance environments.
• Ability to build sophisticated financial models and translate results for non-financial partners.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and executive dashboards.
• Lead price/margin/volume analytics and business case development.
• Support annual operating plan and long-range forecast, with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
