Job summary

restor3d, Inc. seeks a seasoned FP&A leader to serve as the primary finance partner to Production, Manufacturing, and R&D. You will own financial planning, cost analysis, and performance reporting that links volume, yield, capacity, and program spend to company results.

You will manage the FP&A tool, build models, support S&OP, lead capital investment evaluation, and present clear financial narratives to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or cost accounting experience with manufacturing exposure.
• Experience building financial models and dashboards for capacity planning, capex, and KPIs.
• Expertise in standard costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and COGS/margin analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as embedded finance business partner to Production, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leadership.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for manufacturing cost base.
• Own standard costing, variance analysis, and cost performance explanations.
• Partner with Operations on capacity planning and production scheduling models.
• Develop COGS/gross margin bridges by product line and monitor cost initiatives.
• Lead ROI and payback analysis for capital expenditures on equipment and capacity.
• Own FP&A planning and reporting tool end to end, including data integrity and roadmap.
• Participate in S&OP to align demand, production, inventory with financial plan.
• Prepare monthly close support and management reporting for cost centers.
• Present findings to senior leadership with clear financial narratives.
• Drive cost-improvement and productivity initiatives with Operations and R&D.
