Job summary

sg360° is seeking a strategic and analytical Finance Manager – FP&A & Operations Finance to join our Finance leadership team. This role serves as a key business partner to Finance and executive leadership, providing financial insights that support performance, efficiency, and long-term growth.

Supporting a manufacturing business with approximately $300 million in revenue, the Finance Manager will lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and operational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
7–12 years of progressive finance experience including FP&A and financial modeling.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, print, packaging or similarly complex environments.
Strong understanding of financial statements and three-statement modeling.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and operating planning with business leaders.
Own monthly forecasting and forward-looking projections (revenue, gross margin, Opex, EBITDA).
Develop driver-based models, quarterly outlooks, and long-range plans.
Prepare monthly financial and operational reports for leadership.
