Job summary

PDW is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own and evolve an integrated manufacturing model as we scale operations and explore 5–7 new product verticals. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market to translate demand and launch plans into revenue, COGS, margin, and cash needs.

This role emphasizes forward-looking FP&A, modeling, and business partnership over pure accounting, requiring you to build scalable frameworks, reconcile outputs to reality, and

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Experience building driver-based models and scenario analyses.
• Ability to align finance outputs with operations, supply chain, and product teams.
• Proven ability to present findings to senior leadership in a concise manner.
• Comfort translating complex manufacturing tradeoffs into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve an integrated driver-based manufacturing model for existing operations and expansion to multiple verticals.
• Translate forecasts and launch plans into production, capacity, and cost scenarios by product/vertical.
• Build revenue forecasts by product/program/customer with timeline alignment to contracts.
• Model COGS and unit economics including labor, material, overhead, and yield.
