Job summary

Range Finance, Inc. is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with the VP of Finance to drive clarity and scale. This role will sit at Range's NY office with an in-office schedule, and relocation could be discussed.

The position requires 7+ years in FP&A or related fields, with an MBA/CPA preferred, and strong modeling skills plus familiarity with SaaS metrics. You will influence executive decision-making and finance strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or audit experience
• MBA, CPA, or similar credential preferred
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plan with ownership of models and insights
• Build and evolve financial models and metrics for revenue, unit economics, pricing, and drivers
• Conduct monthly/quarterly reporting, variance analysis, and KPI narration for leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather assumptions and stress-test plans
• Automate FP&A workflows and reporting infrastructure to improve efficiency
• Support fundraising, board materials, and due diligence as needed
