Qualifications

• Extensive experience preparing executive-level strategy reports and presentations.
• Experience leading corporate planning, FP&A, strategy initiatives.
• Excellent communication with executive leadership and Korea Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Own monthly close analysis and provide variance insights with drivers.
• Build financial models for revenue, cost, profitability scenarios.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting.
• Translate initiatives into financial impact with department leaders.
• Identify risks/opportunities and suggest actions.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and board materials.
• Provide coaching to junior analysts.
• Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning and special projects.
• Prepare executive business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Translate data into executive narratives.
