Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Pasadena, CA seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling for the organization and its subsidiaries. The role partners with department heads and the VP of Finance to drive planning and performance measurement.

You will oversee budgets, forecast cycles, and reporting to senior management and investors, while developing tools and processes to improve ROI and financial decision making across projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience interacting with executive leadership at VP level or above.
• 5+ years’ experience in capital project analysis and monitoring, including costs, cash flows, risks, opportunities and tracking benefits.
• 6+ years’ experience managing capital and operational budgets.
• 8+ years’ management & leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast process.
• Develop 5-year corporate plan for a $1B company.
• Analyze trends in revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capex.
• Develop quarterly/monthly financial reporting for senior management and investors.
• Provide financial modeling and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for Board and senior management.
• Ad-hoc forecasting and analysis and BI decision support.
