Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, global consolidations, budgeting and forecasting, and financial modeling to drive credibility, transparency and value-added reporting for decision making.

The role reports to the Controller and requires 5+ years in finance or accounting, strong Excel and MS Office 365, proficiency with Power BI or Tableau, and experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, MS Dynamics or Acumatica.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience providing financial insights and projections in senior FP&A roles.
• Strong knowledge of finance systems and metrics with cross-functional accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting packages for exec leadership.
• Support liquidity management, treasury functions and 13-week cash forecast.
• Lead annual budget process and forecast accuracy across multiple entities.
• Develop KPI dashboards focusing on revenue, gross margin, SG&A and cash.
• Support commissions calculations and reporting for sales teams.
• Provide ROI analyses for contracts and strategic initiatives.
