Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join the Headquarters Business Planning team in California. You will lead monthly close analysis, develop data-backed insights, and translate findings into clear management stories for leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of FP&A or related experience, and fluency in English and Korean. Responsibilities include variance analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration across finance, operations, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and monthly/ quarterly reviews.
• Fluent in English and Korean, with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly analysis of finalized P&L and overall business performance.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting performance.
• Build hypotheses, extract data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Support quarterly and year-end closing, operating planning, and budgeting processes.
• Collaborate with planning and business divisions on annual financial plan and forecasts.
• Manage annual budget and monitor spending; identify risks and opportunities.
• Track execution of the annual plan and highlight underperformance and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, logistics, sales and other functions to support decision-making.
• Improve reporting processes and financial models for efficiency.
