Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst, Corporate Strategy, to join its Corporate FP&A team. The role focuses on post-close M&A integration, financial ingestion, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

You will build and update complex Excel models, participate in forecasting, budgeting, and leadership reporting, and collaborate with Corporate Development, Accounting, and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, PE-backed, or FP&A roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; Excel-heavy work.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; FP&A tools a plus (Workday/Adaptive).
• Clear communicator across Finance, Accounting, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own postclose financial integration workstreams for acquired entities.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for integrations.
• Maintain and update financial models with performance vs. deal assumptions.
• Prepare recurring postclose reporting for acquired entities.
• Provide insights during integration periods to FP&A leadership.
• Assist with strategic finance initiatives and scenario analyses.
• Document processes and improve FP&A workflows for scale.
• Support leadership prep for reviews and sponsor updates.
