Job summary

The Timothy Initiative in Raleigh, NC seeks a Finance Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis across ministry and operations. The role partners with ministry leaders to drive resource allocation and strategic financial planning.

You will develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and prepare executive-level presentations while leveraging advanced Excel and ERP planning tools. The position supports continuous improvement of planning processes and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, accounting, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership.
• Experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle Hyperion Planning, or similar ERP and planning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Partner with ministry and operational leaders to develop budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs.
