Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with management responsibility.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral, with all levels of management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal design.
• Experience with planning platforms (Adaptive Planning) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the annual budget planning process with leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare and publish monthly reporting packages with variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting cadence.
• Create real-time reporting with actionable insights on key metrics across divisions.
• Coordinate monthly reforecast meetings and update projections as needed.
• Review monthly financials and update forecasts for all divisions.
• Lead strategic initiatives and special projects across functions and locations.
• Provide financial support and partnership to budget managers and stakeholders.
