Job summary

Timken Company seeks a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A & Finance Transformation to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance reporting while advancing transformation initiatives through automation, AI, and digital technologies. The role drives annual and long-range planning, forecast accuracy, and executive reporting for the CFO, CEO, and Board.

Responsibilities include leading global forecasting, coordinating business planning, expanding analytics, and guiding finance system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global forecasting process including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate the annual business plan and long-range strategic planning processes.
• Expand predictive analytics and forecasting capabilities.
• Oversee development of executive reporting packages for the CFO, CEO, and Board.
• Drive standardization across forecasting and reporting processes.
• Lead the Finance Transformation roadmap and initiatives.
• Sponsor and lead finance system implementations and optimizations.
