Christian Care Ministry in Orlando, FL is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to provide financial guidance to leadership. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within the Finance functions, using analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, strong accounting knowledge, and tech-savvy analytics skills. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando or Melbourne.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration required.
• 5+ years’ progressive experience in an FP&A role; healthcare payer/financial services experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools.

• Support budgeting and forecast processes with leadership guidance.
• Consolidate annual budget and quarterly forecasts to inform accountability.
• Develop budgeting tools and maintain planning processes.
• Provide analysis of financial performance and KPI reporting.

• Assist strategic business opportunities with data-driven insights.
