Job summary

The Timothy Initiative is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for ministry operations. The role partners with FP&A leadership to monitor performance, develop models, and provide data-driven insights to operational leaders.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with budgeting processes and ERP systems. This role requires integrity and ability to work across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models.
• Prepare KPI and operational metric reporting.
• Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast.
• Support headcount, payroll, and program spending analyses.
• Maintain financial planning system data accuracy.
• Assist with reporting automation and process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses for ministry and operational leaders.
• Support special projects assigned by FP&A leadership.
