Job summary

Association for Talent Development (ATD) is seeking an FP&A Manager to enhance budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders and own the monthly/quarterly financial reporting for executives and the Board.

You will drive planning processes, build driver-based models, and identify risks and opportunities while partnering with business units to optimize resource allocation and performance across programs and products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A or corporate finance.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning; Workday experience preferred.
• Budgets, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and BI/ERP tools understanding.
• Experience presenting analyses to senior leadership; Board reporting valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecast cycles.
• Maintain organization-wide forecasts (revenue, OPEX, headcount, cash flow).
• Develop driver-based models and scenario analyses for decisions.
• Provide insights to support resource allocation, pricing, investments, and growth.
