Job summary

Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. seeks a Manager/Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will develop models, partner with executives, and guide investments and resource allocation for growth.

You will oversee monthly reporting, variance analysis, and Board materials, while mentoring a team of FP&A professionals and driving process improvements across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related.
• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• 2+ years leading finance professionals.
• Advanced modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models evaluating performance, investments, capex, and initiatives.
• Provide analyses and recommendations to executives to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Lead and develop FP&A team; establish priorities and accountability.
• Drive process improvements in planning, reporting, and data governance.
