Job summary

Taxwell seeks an Enterprise FP&A leader to own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and strategic analysis. You will build driver-based models linking revenue, margins, opex, headcount, capex, cash flow, and balance-sheet metrics for B2B and B2C segments.

You will partner with senior leaders to set performance targets, deliver KPI-driven insights, and provide board-ready analyses for strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or business.
• Progressive finance experience with enterprise FP&A leadership.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Build integrated financial models linking revenue, margins, opex, headcount, capex, cash flow, and balance-sheet metrics.
• Establish driver-based forecasting for B2B and B2C models.
• Run scenario analyses to evaluate investments, pricing, and cost actions.
• Improve forecast accuracy, speed, and organizational accountability.
• Partner with senior leaders to set operating plans and KPIs.
• Translate results to concise recommendations for executives and investors.
• Evaluate customer economics across channels including CAC and LTV.
• Drive resource allocation through disciplined financial analysis.
• Lead FP&A transformations with AI, data modernization, and automation.
