Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing finance professionals.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and corporate planning processes.
• Experience building executive-level presentations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support growth and profitability.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting and board materials; monitor KPIs and risks.
