Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will partner with executives to develop strategies and allocate resources to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires strong financial modeling, leadership experience, and the ability to influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing finance professionals.
• Advanced skills in modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and communicating results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating plan, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop financial models to evaluate performance, investments, and capital spend.
• Provide insights and recommendations to executives to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting and board materials; mentor FP&A staff.
