Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning for assigned G&A functions.
• Drive monthly/quarterly performance reviews, analyze variances and risks.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
• Establish clear reporting, analytics, and financial controls across functions.
• Present concise updates to senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Accounting and other finance teams.
• Identify continuous-improvement opportunities using automation and analytics.
