- Strong analytical and financial skills to evaluate a broad range of questions.
- Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion or multidimensional DB.
- Knowledge of finance principles, markets, and industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Manages financial performance management process for clinical development functions.
- Leads budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning efforts.
- Drives process improvement across the Finance organization.
- Creates analytics and reporting to support investment decisions and risk tracking.
