Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Typically requires 8 years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, business partnering).
• Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders on budget, forecast and long-range plans.
• Drive monthly and quarterly reviews of actuals, forecasts and KPIs.
• Support close activities including accruals and variance analysis.
• Develop clear reporting and analytics for leaders on spend and drivers.
• Communicate financial updates and trade-offs to senior leaders.
