Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative/analytical field.
6+ years of relevant financial experience in a team-based environment.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

Manages the financial performance management process for assigned clinical development functions, including budgeting and forecasts.
Proactively manages the financial planning process to provide forward-looking direction and risk mitigation.
Leads process improvement projects across the Finance organization.
Builds analytics and reporting to support investments, forecast accuracy, and financial risk tracking.
Collaborates with CFO organization members to maintain strong communication and efficient processes.
