Job summary

EchoStar in Englewood, CO seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead forecasting, consolidation, and executive reporting. You will partner with the CFO, manage a finance team, and deliver driver-based models and variance analysis.

Responsibilities include monthly KPIs, board presentations, and support for potential M&A; you will coach staff and drive process improvements across ERP/EPM systems and Excel. This role requires 6+ years in corporate finance or FP&A, a finance degree, and advanced Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 6+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or public accounting including driver-based forecasting and consolidations.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/EPM tools; knowledge of SEC reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals and drive a high-performing culture.
• Deliver financial forecasts, routine reporting, and ad hoc analysis for leadership and Board.
• Build driver-based financial models across cash flow, multi-year and current-year forecasts.
• Own financial reporting and consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce monthly executive KPIs and quarterly Board/Audit Committee presentations.
• Support potential M&A activities with modeling, due diligence, and integration analysis.
