Job summary

Stout, a leader in CFO Services, seeks a Senior FP&A professional to lead strategic finance engagements for middle-market and PE-backed clients. You will design budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans, build driver-based models, and deliver actionable reporting for CFOs and PE sponsors.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate across OTC, PTP, RTR processes, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency. Strong communication with boards and sponsors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent
• 6+ years of FP&A, finance leadership, or related experience
• Experience with private equity-backed environments and cross-functional finance teams

Responsibilities

• Design budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for PE-backed clients.
• Build driver-based models, cash flow forecasts, and ROI analyses.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting for CFOs and sponsors.
• Lead post-acquisition integration planning and FP&A process harmonization.
• Support interim FP&A leadership and cross-functional finance initiatives.
