Job summary

ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to partner with R&D, G&A, and Cost of Sales—working directly with the CTO, CPO, CFO, and other leaders as their finance counterpart.

You will translate complex operations into clear financial narratives, build models, and influence decisions with bottoms-up headcount and scenario planning. This role blends strategic finance with hands-on modeling and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or strategic finance with meaningful time supporting R&D, Engineering, or G&A functions.
• Background in high-growth SaaS or technology; experience with consumption or usage-based model transitions is a strong differentiator.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with technical leaders (CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Own the full forecast cycle including AOP/Monthly/Quarterly planning, as well as bottoms-up budget builds and headcount planning.
• Build models covering headcount, OpEx, and unit economics across functions.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and clear POV.
• Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and the financial implications of strategic choices.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting and Sales Finance to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Support core FP&A processes and improve corporate financial systems and planning infrastructure.
