Children's Institute, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a senior FP&A leader to drive enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance against the organization's North Star outcomes.

Reporting to the CFO, the VP will lead multi-year planning, capital allocation, and reporting, partner with accounting, and provide board-ready insights to inform strategy and risk management. A proven track record in nonprofit funding environments and advanced financial modeling is required; CFO collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A or strategic finance leadership.
• Experience with enterprise budgeting and multi-year financial modeling.
• Experience in multi-funder nonprofit or government-funded environments.
• Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge for nonprofit sector.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Develop rolling forecasts and multi-year financial models.
• Establish dashboards and performance metrics for executives.
• Partner with accounting and cross-functional leaders to align plans and reporting.
• Support governance with CFO and Board insights.
