Job summary

Child Care Resource Center in Los Angeles is seeking an FP&A Director to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis, guiding a team of professionals and partnering with executives to advance the agency's mission.

The role requires a Bachelor's in finance or accounting, 8–10 years FP&A experience with leadership, and strong skills in GAAP, financial modeling, ERP systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, SAP, Workday) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 8–10 years FP&A experience, including 6 years leading direct reports.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial modeling, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
• Mentor the FP&A team and drive reporting automation.
• Provide insights on performance, KPIs, and funding opportunities.
• Partner with CFO and executives to influence strategic decisions.
• Oversee financial systems, controls, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Programs/Grants teams for proposals and planning.
