Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
• Experience working in a nonprofit environment and understanding of grant budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models and analyze budget-to-actual performance.
• Monitor grant and program budgets and prepare financial reporting for grants.
• Implement FP&A software and build budgeting reports.
