Children's Institute is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive long‑term financial health and strategic sustainability. Reporting to the CFO and joining the senior leadership team, you will direct enterprise budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance strategy aligned with the organization’s plan and North Star outcomes.

You will integrate multi‑year planning, funding risk analysis, capital allocation, and reporting into a cohesive FP&A system,

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Experience leading enterprise budgeting and multi‑year financial modeling processes.
• Strong cross‑functional partnership skills with operations, accounting, and program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and multi‑year financial planning.
• Own the annual operating and capital budget cycle with cross‑functional coordination.
• Develop rolling forecasts and financial models informing strategy and sustainability.
• Establish forecasting standards, dashboards, and performance metrics for exec use.
• Lead CQI initiatives to improve data accuracy and planning discipline.
• Partner with Accounting and Compliance on regulatory and funder requirements.
