Job summary

Eye to Eye Telehealth is seeking a hands-on Finance Leader to own FP&A, cash forecasting, budgeting, financing, and reporting. You will partner with the CEO and leadership team to build the financial foundation needed for scaling a venture-backed medical device startup.

You will navigate strategic and operational work—from Series A planning to detailed accounting classifications—while shaping processes and controls for a lean, fast-moving organization.

Qualifications

• You will be Eye to Eye’s primary internal finance leader and a close strategic partner to the CEO.
• Experience in financial planning, cash forecasting, budgeting, financing and reporting.
• Hybrid Denver-based work environment with stock options, health insurance, 401k matching, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company’s financial forecast(s), including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, headcount, and capital requirements.
• Develop rolling cash-flow and runway forecasts.
• Model alternative product-development, commercialization, pricing, hiring, and go-to-market scenarios.
• Coordinate financial records with Carta, legal counsel, the company’s CPA, and other advisers.
• Establish annual budgets and periodic reforecasts.
