Job summary

Wellfit Technologies, a scalable technology platform for the dental ecosystem, is seeking a senior FP&A/finance leader to own planning, forecasting, and investor materials. The role partners with executives to shape capital allocation, pricing, product investment, and growth strategy.

You will own the company-wide operating model, drive monthly performance, and support capital-raising efforts with private equity and growth investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting across products, channels, revenues, and cohorts.
• Own board materials and the financial narrative including SaaS metrics and outlook.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, data, product, sales, and ops to improve KPI definitions and reporting.
