Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A professional to partner with the US Surgical Vision commercial team. You will drive revenue growth insights, margin expansion, and investment decisions while leading monthly forecasts and annual planning.

You will develop revenue, gross margin, and OPEX models, deliver variance analyses, and build dashboards to improve visibility across the business. Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required in Finance, Accounting, Business analytics or Economics.
• CPA, CMA, CGMA or MBA preferred.
• 5-8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Knowledge of Accounting, Internal Controls, FP&A, Business Analytics, Portfolio management, Sales/Marketing Financial Support.
• Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance partner to the US Surgical Vision commercial team.
• Provide financial insights to support revenue growth, margin expansion, and investment decisions.
• Participate in monthly business reviews, delivering performance analysis and recommendations.
• Support pricing, contracting, and promotional strategy evaluations.
• Lead monthly forecast, quarterly updates, and annual business planning processes.
• Develop and maintain revenue, gross margin, and OPEX models.
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate mitigation plans.
• Deliver variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast/prior year) with drivers.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility into business performance.
• Support ad hoc analyses, ROI assessments and scenario modeling.
• Partner with Supply Chain Finance on inventory, COGS, and demand planning.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional teams on assumptions and reporting.
• Work with FP&A, Accounting, and Commercial Excellence teams.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
• Support audit requirements and data integrity across systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting.
